Zahlung erfolgt immer direkt bei Anreise im Hotel.
Vorrausbezahlte Buchungen sind generell nicht erstattbar entsprechend der jeweiligen Buchungsbestätigung, dies gilt für Buchungen direkt mit dem Hotel oder über andere Websites, Booking.com, AirB&B, HRS oder Expedia.
Buchungen ohne Kreditkarte oder Vorrauszahlung sind nur bis 18h gültig & generell kostenlos stornierbar je nach Buchungsbestätigung.
Für Gruppen mit mehreren Zimmern gelten immer die in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Bedingungen.
Wir sind berechtigt für alle Buchungen deren Anreise nach 18h liegt die Kreditkarte mit dem Gesamtbetrag zu belasten, dies gilt ebenso für nicht anreisen oder stornierung nach 18h am Anreisetag.
Ebenso sind wie bei Spätanreisen über unseren Schlüsselsafe berechtigt die angegebene Kreditkarte zu belasten. Spätanreisen mit Schlüsselsafe sind nur mit vorheriger Bezahlung möglich.
Das Hotel hat völlige Freiheit bei der Preisbildung, Preise können täglich je nach Nachfrage & Buchungskanal variieren.

Payment is always due directly on arrival at the Hotel.
Prepaid rates are generally non refundable according to you booking confirmation. This is valid for all channels of booking, direkt with the Hotel or through all other Websites. booking.com. AIRB&B, HRS or Expedia.
Bookings without creditcard or prepayment may only be valid till 6pm day of arrival or otherwise indicated in your booking confirmation.
For Group bookings with several rooms the booking conditions always depend on the individually agreed conditions in the confirmation.
We are entitled to charge the provided creditcard for bookings that arrive after 6pm and are not cancelled before that time.
We are also entitled to charge the creditcard for late check ins with our key safe. Key safe check in is only possible with prepaiment.
The Hotel has a dynamic price system, prices may change on a daly basis depending on demand.

Rauchen: Feuer, offenes Licht und rauchen im Hotelgebäude verboten! Rauchen im Gebäude kostet 100€! Bei Feuerwehransatz werden die Kosten zusätzlich belastet.
Werte: Störung der Nachtruhe (nach 22Uhr), Rauchen im Zimmer, Offenlassen der Tür zur Feuertreppe oder Haustür, Beleidigungen, Rassismus, Sexismus gegenüber Mitarbeitern oder anderen Gästen führt zum sofortigen Hausverbot ohne Anspruch auf Erstattung.
Apartment: Kaution von 250€ kann bei Schäden, Diebstahl oder starke Verunreinigung einbehalten werden.
Tiere: Für die Verursachung von Flecken auf dem Teppichboden durch Ihr Tier, berechtigen Sie uns hiermit ihre Kreditkarte mit 50€ pro Fleck zu belasten. Ohne Karten Angabe ist die Gebühr sofort zahlbar.
Erstattungen: Übernachtungen und Frühstücke sind nach Zahlung nicht mehr erstattbar, da es sich um einen Pauschalpreis handelt.
Eigentum: Das Hotel hat das Recht, die angegebene Kreditkarte bei Schäden, gestohlenem Inventar oder offenen Rechnungen zu belasten. Schlüsselverlust: 200€.
Reklamationen sind sofort nach Zimmerbezug zu melden.

Smoking: Fire, open light and smoking are not allowed in the hotel building! Smoking in the building costs 100€! In case of fire brigade approach the costs will be charged additionally. The hotel has the right to charge the credit card indicated in the event of damage, stolen inventory or outstanding invoices.
Values: Disturbance of the night’s rest (after 10 p.m.), smoking in the room, leaving the door to the fire escape or front door open, insults, racism, sexism towards employees or other guests will result in immediate ban from the hotel without any right to a refund. Key loss 200€.
Apartment: Deposit of 250€ can be retained in case of damage, theft or heavy staining.
Pets: In case your Pet leaves a stain on our carpeted floor, we have the right to charge your credit card 50€ per stain. If you do not have a credit card the charge is made in cash, on site.
Refunds: Overnight stays and breakfasts are not refundable after payment, they are an all-inclusive price.
Complaints: must be reported immediately after moving into the room. Thank you for your cooperation.
